About Rami
MY APPROACH
I seek to understand each client on a personal level. How a legal issue will affect each client will be different from one person to the next. This will help me work towards an outcome that is the best possible resolution for you. I recognize that each person is different and an outcome that works for one person may not work for another.
I know the legal system well. I understand that the legal system is as much about the people as the law and your facts. Understanding the role of, and motivations of each participant in the legal system can change the outcome of a case. This gives me an edge in helping you to get the best possible outcome for you. If I can't help you, I will try to connect you to an attorney who can.
EXPERIENCE
I graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014. I started my legal career as a prosecutor at the State Attorney's Office for the Fourth Judicial Circuit and tried numerous cases, both misdemeanors and felonies. I handled motions that affected numerous cases relating to breath tests and testing machines while in misdemeanor court. I tried driving under the influence cases of every possible type, including allegations of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or both. I have the experience to defend you because I understand the prosecuting attorney's position from their perspective.
After working at the State Attorney's Office, I began practicing in civil litigation, representing businesses, schools, and governmental entities in negligence, auto and truck accidents, slip and falls, wrongful termination cases, and false arrest and malicious prosecution cases. I also represented plaintiffs injured by tobacco companies. My varied experience gives me perspective on your case and the ability to assess your case from every possible angle.
